Job Description

Who We Are

Zefir is building an AI-transaction layer for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents.

Sales Buyer Team

The Sales Buyer Team drives Zefir’s growth by directly influencing our business outcomes. Every team member actively contributes to our success. Working closely with Operations, you will gain insights into Business Unit metrics management and organizational dynamics.

This is an internship scheduled from July to end of December.

Responsibilities/Mission

  • Manage a portfolio of hundreds of prospective buyers, building trust-based relationships and guiding them through the buying process.

  • Persuade prospects to schedule property visits by accurately understanding and addressing their needs.

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of property visits in collaboration with real estate agents and clients.

  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and proactively refine our sales pitches and internal processes.

  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform marketplace enhancements and tailor our offerings to buyer expectations.

Qualification

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

  • Driven by exceeding objectives and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BBA3, BBA4) or taking a gap year from a business school or equivalent university program.

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Passionate about joining an innovative startup committed to transforming the real estate industry.

  • Motivated by a collaborative, customer-centric, and results-driven team culture.

  • Natural ability in business development, negotiation, and building trusted relationships.
